<td style="-ms-word-break: break-all; box-sizing: border-box;"><font class="Content_F16pt" style="font-family: 標楷體, 新細明體; font-size: 16pt; -ms-word-break: break-all; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word;">土虱養殖業者如需使用豬肺等下腳料餵養，應依「廢棄物清理法」第28條及「農業事業廢棄物再利用管理辦法」申請許可為合法公民營廢棄物清除處理或再利用機構，並依「飼料管理法」及相關法規，取得農業主管機關核發製造登記證之飼料或自製自用飼料戶登記證，如符合上述條件，再利用機構除化製廠應符合「化製廠及化製原料運輸車消毒及管理辦法」規定外，其他再利用機構應具有消毒池或高壓消毒設備。</font></td>
