溪口鄉公所文化生活館

手工皂DIY研習班報名表

一、時間：108.5/15₇/10每週三下午13:30₁₆:30(5/29停課1次) 共8週

二、地點：溪口鄉文化生活館1樓展演館(嘉義縣溪口鄉溪北村中山路55號)

三、參加對象：有興趣的民眾20人。

四、費用: 材料自費2000元/人，請於報名後繳交，方完成報名手續。

五、報名方式：填妥報名表繳交至溪口鄉文化生活館或電洽：269-6962何小姐

六、請自備橡皮手套.口罩.圍裙.請在13:20前完成報到。
