<p>為落實地震火災突發狀況整備工作，本所結合善園老人長期照顧中心、臺南市政府警察局學甲分局、消防局第三救災救護大隊將軍分隊18日在善園老人長期照顧中心舉辦「110年度地震避難疏散暨收容處所開設實兵演練」，透過演練模擬各單位間溝通協調與實際操作，加強區域防救災觀念與能量。</p><p> </p><p>本次演練情境地震發生造成善園老人長期照顧中心人員受傷，並引發火災，將軍區公所接獲通報隨即成立前進指揮所，結合中心自衛消防編組，進行災害的應變，加強各項防災整備及實地演練；另演練對民眾進行疏散撤離，及開設臨時避難收容處所；亦因應COVID-19疫情加入收容處所防疫演練，期能讓本區災害應變中心各編組人員能熟悉各項流程。警察局學甲分局調度警力交通管制，協助疏散及收容處所巡邏。消防局第三救災救護大隊將軍分隊出動各式車輛，由分隊長莊永清親自指揮救災人員進入災害現場佈設水線，依SOP流程進行滅火，人員救援及後送醫院事宜。</p><p> </p><p>洪聰發區長表示， 黃偉哲市長很重視防災、救災，常提醒市府團隊必須在最短的時間內，做最好的反應來減少災損、立即救援，平時就開始扎根練習地震防災的避難程序，養成自主防災的準備工作，就能減輕災害損失，這是做防災演練的終極目標。感謝各機關的配合，區內養護機構的演練不容忽視，強調只有藉由不斷演練，熟悉緊急應變流程，同時強化政府與業界災害預防及緊急應變能力，提升企業災害防救能力，實有賴聯合區域防護的緊密連結與合作無間，才能有效執行減災、救災，保障民眾生命財產安全及減輕災害所帶來的損失。</p><ul><li><a
