The Institute of Service Science (ISS) at the College of Technology Management, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, invites applications for full-time tenure-track faculty positions (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) starting Spring 2026 or later. ISS is an interdisciplinary research institute with PhD and Masters programs. Our faculty actively engage in theoretical and applied research spanning in the four areas:
- “Innovation and Design”
- “Information Systems”
- “Marketing and Management”
- “Business Analytics”
Our institute is seeking to expand our faculty in the above four areas. We particularly value colleagues with a cross-disciplinary mindset who can connect these areas. Ideal candidates should have a PhD degree in design, information science, HCI, marketing, computer science, data science, information systems, or closely related fields. Candidates should demonstrate excellent research capabilities. Priority will be given to applicants interested in teaching courses related to Service Science, Service Innovation and Design, Social Entrepreneurship, Research Methods, Business Analytics and/or AI.
