第40屆生達盃兒童寫生比賽頒獎典禮於11月8日上午10時在臺南市政府民治市政中心一樓藝文展覽大廳舉行。現場湧入眾多家長攜帶孩子出席，場面溫馨熱鬧，親子共度美好時光。

代表市長出席的劉育菁夫人在頒獎時分享她多年的教學經驗，她觀察到喜愛繪畫的孩子往往具有敏銳的觀察力與無限創意。這次得獎作品色彩豐富鮮明，人物與動物表情生動活潑，充分展現純真的童趣。劉夫人也歡迎民眾把握機會，前往市府民治市政中心一樓展覽大廳欣賞展出至11月底的優秀作品。

劉育菁夫人表示，生達盃兒童寫生比賽由財團法人范道南文教基金會主辦，今年已邁入第40個年頭。為鼓勵兒童自由發揮創作天分，本屆活動選在學甲「頑皮世界動物園」舉辦，透過戶外寫生活動促進親子互動，同時提升社會藝術風氣，實踐企業永續回饋的精神。

基金會長期推動多元公益項目，除了全國兒童寫生比賽與桌球比賽外，更結合生達製藥的專業資源舉辦健康講座，並推動寒暑假營養餐券、偏鄉課輔及獎助學金等助學計畫，善盡企業社會責任。

劉育菁夫人同時也預告，第40屆生達盃全國桌球錦標賽將於12月5日起一連三天在新營體育館舉行。目前已有293隊、共2,177名選手報名參賽，競爭激烈，精彩可期，誠摯邀請各界蒞臨觀賽。

本屆寫生比賽特別邀請國內知名畫家林宜靜、林昭安、莊慶芳、歐益豪等四位老師擔任評審。在眾多優秀作品中脫穎而出的金牌得主包括:
幼兒園組：鍾秉祐〜色彩鮮活、構圖大膽,充分展現童趣
低年級組：林宥薰〜人物表情刻畫生動自然
中年級組：江禹祈〜著色技巧純熟,呈現熱鬧歡樂氛圍
高年級組：陳穎芊〜構圖完整、色彩大膽艷麗,充滿動物狂歡的歡樂氣息

「第40屆生達盃兒童寫生聯展•彩繪動物世界」即日起至11月27日於民治市政中心一樓展覽大廳展出。開放時間為週一至週五上午9時至下午5時,誠摯邀請您蒞臨欣賞小小藝術家們以畫筆彩繪的動物世界。
