</p>
壹、標案名稱： 「2026過年來內埔尞藝文年街」特區攤位標租。
貳、特區攤位： 共規劃13個特區攤位，位置如「2026過年來內埔尞藝文年街」特區攤位示意圖。
參、租賃期間： 自115年2月16日起至115年2月20日凌晨12點，計5天。
肆、公告日期： 自即日起至114年11月21日截止。
伍、領標期限與地點：
(一) 領標期限：自114年11月3日起至114年11月21日截止。
(二) 領標地點：屏東縣內埔鄉公所行政室(屏東縣內埔鄉內埔村南華路1號， 連絡電話： 08-7792001分機131、138)。
(三) 本標租案：僅提供現場書面領標，標租文件每份新臺幣30元整。
陸、截止投標： 書面投標截止期限(自114年11月3日起至114年11月21日下午17 時00分前)，投標人(自然人或法人)應提送投標文件1份以專人逕送達內埔鄉公所行政室收，以郵遞寄達者請寄屏東縣內埔鄉內埔村南華路1號（內埔鄉公所行政室登記為憑）。
柒、投標資格及應檢附文件： 投標人(廠商)所需投標資格、應附文件及裝封請參閱「2026過年來內埔尞藝文年街」特區攤位標租須知。
捌、投標程序：
(一) 自然人或法人得參加投標，開標當日，請投標人務必攜帶「投標價金(現金或票據)、身分證正本、商號及負責人印章」，於開標時間內至本所3樓禮堂參加開標。
(二) 投標人應詳閱特區標租須知，如有疑問應於投標前向本所查詢，投標後不得提出異議。
(三) 押標金：每投標一特區押標金新臺幣2萬元，依投標特區數量累計。
玖、開標日期、地點：
(一) 開標日期：114年11月26日上午09時00分。
(二) 開標地點：本所3樓禮堂進行開標程序。
拾、 開標程序、決標原則與方式請投標人務必詳閱標租須知。
拾壹、履約保證金： 每得標一特區應繳交履保證金新臺幣1萬元。
拾貳、 投標人得標後立即當場辦理繳費手續，投標人經開標主持人唱名三次未予回應或未當場繳清得標價款者，視為放棄得標並没入押標金。
