<p>為完成社區照顧服務據點的全面佈建，同時也為解決美北村民長期以來缺乏集會休閒場所而興建的「溪口鄉崙尾聯合集會所活動中心」，將於112年7月25日上午9點舉行動土典禮，此次典禮除由鄉長孫維聰親自主持外，村民也將迎請保生大帝、松聖王公及土地公等在地信仰主神到典禮會場，共同祈求此新建工程順利進行，預計於此活動中心竣工落成後，可做為文康休閒、村辦公處與巷弄長照站等複合式公共空間！</p><p><br></p><p>鄉長孫維聰表示，由於人口老化嚴重，崙尾聚落內65歲以上老年人口更超過全鄉平均比例，因此社區照顧服務具備相當的重要性，然而在美北村轄內欠缺合適的集會空間下，社區照顧服務工作的推動時常受到限制，所幸在公所團隊積極的奔走下，終於促成這座活動中心得以興建。</p><p><br></p><p>孫維聰鄉長進一步提到，此活動中心能夠興建，要特別感謝中央同意撥用土地和美北村民陳村濱先生的捐贈；此外則是陳明文委員與翁章梁縣長在本所向內政部爭取前瞻基礎建設計畫中的努力促成，才使我們能順利於110年底獲得800萬元的補助經費；並且公所也在代表會的支持下編列1600萬元整的配合款，讓這座合計總工程經費共2400萬元整的活動中心順利在今天動土興建。</p><p><br></p><p>根據規劃，這座活動中心將興建為二層樓之建物，未來除一樓將作為村辦公處、社區防災據點、居民集會與從事文康休閒活動之場所外，二樓則將作為多功能活動中心，提供社區辦理老人食堂共餐及送餐服務、社區關懷據點、巷弄長照站、並提供健康及亞健康長者的照顧服務，強化社區照顧服務之功能。</p><p><br></p><p>孫維聰鄉長也盼望，未來這棟全新的聯合集會所活動中心，可服務所有年齡層的鄉親，成為促進村民互動、凝聚村落向心力而充滿活力的社區空間。</p><ul><li><a
