- 撰寫研究計畫及獨立研究能力尤佳 (Write research projects and independent research.)
- 執行產學計畫經驗及具生技產業經驗尤佳 (Biotechnology industry and in university-industry collaboration.)
- 具有生物晶片、流體力學、邏輯設計、電腦程式、電子學、機械製造、工程數學、靜力學或生醫信號與系統等相關課程授課能力及英文授課能力尤佳 (Teaching experiences about Biochip/Fluid mechanics /logic design /computer programming /Electronics /Mechanical manufacturing Engineering mathematics /Statics /Biomedical signal & system and English proficiency.)
