Optomechatronic Systems and Optical Information: Specializations in system-on-chip and optoelectronic applications for IoT, silicon photonic integrated circuits and packaging, LiDAR, optical imaging and detection, digital image processing, AI-based image recognition, and IoT-related technologies.
