一、為提供民眾山區、水域活動合法經營業者資訊，經發局將定期清查新北市境內登記「J903020登山嚮導業」、「J701080水域遊憩活動經營業」營業項目，並有實際經營該2項業務之合法公司、行號，提供其營業資訊。
二、營業項目定義：
(一)「J903020登山嚮導業」：國內外登山及探險活動之整體規劃顧問及其相關之資訊諮詢等業務。
(二)「J701080水域遊憩活動經營業」：從事經營游泳、衝浪、滑水、潛水、風浪板、拖曳傘（包括拖曳香蕉船、浮胎等各式浮具）、水上摩托車、獨木舟、泛舟等各類水域遊憩活動相關設施及提供服務之行業。
三、本公告資訊將定期清查更新，公司、行號營業內容仍以其實際提供服務為準。
