由宜蘭縣政府衛生局主辦的「青少年街舞及熱舞競賽—拒菸Battle」，於114年7月26日（星期六）上午8時在丟丟噹森林公園廣場熱情登場！本活動邀請縣內13歲至20歲的青少年踴躍參加，計有10隊組隊參賽，活動融合拒菸宣導與青年文化，藉由街舞比賽提供青少年自由揮灑舞臺，以舞力展現拒絕菸害的創意與態度，傳遞「拒絕菸害，舞出健康人生」的正向理念。經過動力十足、精彩演繹的熱情發揮後，由「Vixen Crew」獲得無菸之舞冠軍獎。
為落實菸害防制的預防教育向下扎根，提升青少年對菸害防制的支持與認知及拒菸意識，本次活動特別邀請青少年從街舞與熱舞的肢體語言出發，創意詮釋「拒菸」主題，強化健康生活觀念，目的就是在提倡青少年拒絕菸品，建立健康生活態度；結合藝術與反菸宣導，吸引年輕族群自然參與；提供舞台激發創意與正向興趣，培養團隊合作與社會參與；運用社群媒體擴大影響力，讓拒菸訊息深入校園與社區。
本次競賽邀請專業舞蹈老師擔任評審，依創意編排、整體默契、動作技巧與舞台表現進行評分。活動內容亦邀請羅東高商韓舞團及宜蘭大學吉他社表演，還有反毒、防制電子煙及反詐騙等宣導攤位，精彩豐富的內容兼顧娛樂與教育，期望引導青少年培養正向休閒興趣，遠離不良誘惑。
林代理縣長茂盛表示，街舞及熱舞是時下年輕人展現自我的方式之一；本府藉此活動提供青少年一個展現自我的舞台，並且透過街舞、熱舞等表演形式，培養團隊合作精神，同時推廣健康休閒活動，避免青少年網路沉迷及同儕引誘，而能培養健康的生活與落實健康行為。（本次競賽所有獲獎名單如附表)
