內 容：
一、新北市政府教育局為鼓勵本市在組織學習文化表現優異之企業，並結合新北市學習型城市計畫，舉辦學習型企業選拔，帶動優質企業學習文化，打造新北市成為永續學習型城市。
二、旨揭計畫內容簡述如下：
(一)參選資格：
１、依法辦理公司登記、商業登記或工廠登記，且登記所在地設於新北市者。
２、企業財務狀況健全，最近1年(113年)無欠稅紀錄。
３、最近一年內企業或代表人不曾發生重大糾紛或社會爭議之事件。
４、公司須於申請日前，已依法成立並持續運作3年以上。
５、曾獲選「新北市學習型企業」之受獎團體若再次參選，惟須於資料敘明與前次獲獎內容之創新作為。
(二)評選重點：願景計畫、資源投入、策略運作及效益產出。
(三)選拔名額：選拔以10家企業為原則，惟實際獲選家數由決審委員會議決。
(四)報名期間：即日起至9月30日止。
(五)收件方式：請於上揭期限內將報名資料寄送至新北市終身學習資源中心收（地址：231055新北市新店區安忠路36號，請於信封上註明「新北市114年度學習型企業選拔」，郵戳為憑，逾期或資料不齊全者恕不受理）。送件資料正本及電子檔各1份，請自行備份，送件資料於評選後概不退還。
(六)獎勵方式：得獎名單預計於114年10月31日(星期五)前公告，頒獎典禮時間另行通知。得獎企業獲頒「新北市114年度學習型企業獎」獎座並透過媒體報導得獎企業得獎資訊，彰顯學習型企業對新北市學習型城市之貢獻，擴大學習型企業影響力，並推廣優質企業學習文化，成為學習型企業之標竿。
三、本案計畫及推薦表格電子檔可於本市教育局網站電子公告、本市社會教育資源網最新消息及本市學習地圖網最新公告下載。
