公告內容：
一、為強化國產水果的多元應用與消費端認同，推廣季節性在地農產品於日常飲食之使用，農業部農糧署特別辦理「國產水果創意料理開發競賽」，鼓勵民眾以「低碳永續」、「地產地消」及「在地文化特色」為核心，發想具創新與實作可行性的餐點提案，帶動國產水果食用風潮，提升國內農產品附加價值與產地連結。
二、此外，規劃將競賽成果導入旅宿業實際通路，推動創意餐點進入市場端，促進農產品與觀光的鏈結。期藉由一場兼具創意實踐、永續理念與地方連結精神的料理競賽，強化國產水果於日常飲食中的應用價值，打造地產地消的永續飲食推廣模式。
