公告內容：
一、查野保法第19條第1項第4款及第6款規定:「獵捕野生動物不得架設網具及使用陷阱、獸鋏或特殊獵捕工具為之」，獵捕一般類動物可處新臺幣6萬至30萬元罰鍰；獵捕保育類動物可處6月以上5年以下有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣20萬元以上100萬元以下罰金，合先敘明。
二、再查野生動物保育法第21條，為防除野生動物危害農林作物，得架設網具獵捕宰殺野生動物，惟架設網具仍須注意相關事項，分述如下:
(一).為避免小型鳥類進入或中網傷亡，網目宜小於0.25平方公分(0.5公分×0.5公分)，並選用PE材質無結的防鳥網。
(二).另查農業部主管計畫補助基準，農糧署已於113年3月1日公告補助「0125防鳥網設施」規格，包含設施主體結構需使用鍍鋅錏管，且設施高度200 公分以上及網目需小於0.25 平方公 分 (0.5公分×0.5公分)。
(三).另可因地因時制宜，於採收季節結束後，請農民將鳥網拆除，以避免鳥類中網受害，並於架設期間要求農民加強巡查，發現掛網盡速協助救援。
(四).建請參考農糧署果樹防護網規格。
