花蓮市舊鐵道行人徒步區環境維護及管理
認養標的
本所無償使用國營臺灣鐵路管理股份有限公司所有土地
明義段1246-12 、 1246-13 、 1246-26 景觀道路用地
認養範圍標示圖【附件四】
申請對象
一、依法設立之人民團體、財團法人。
二、向本所備案成立之志願服務團隊。

認養辦法
一、認養期間:以簽約日起至116年10月31日止。
二、無償維護認養標的範圍內及其周圍環境之清潔。
三、協助經本所許可使用標的範圍內之場地管理。
四、認養單位需簽訂認養契約書【附件三】。

申請單位應自行檢附之文件：
一、認養申請書【附件一】
二、認養計畫書一式2份【附件二】
三、立案證明書或主管機關核准成立文件影本
申請方式
一、以紙本逕送或郵寄本所收文單位(970花蓮市林森路252號)
二、受理申請期間:公告日起至114年6月5日止。
三、114年6月30日(一) 於本所網站公告認養單位名單或辦理第二次召募公告。
