**【兵役】緩召第4、5款暨儘後召集第4款受理申請公告**
一、申請日期：
緩召自114年4月1日至4月30日止，逾期不受理補辦。
二、申辦窗口：
緩召4、5款及儘後召集4款向戶籍所在地鄉鎮市區公所民政課兵役櫃台檢具佐證文件申辦(詳如附件)；
餘各款請洽單位人事權責部門申辦。
三、原核准有效期限至114年12月31日者，如原因續存且尚未除役、
符合現行法令規定者，請依限檢附證明文件續辦115年延長時效申請作業。
四、各款單位、對象、範圍及限制條件，請參考國防部全民防衛動員署後備指揮部全球資訊網。
