宜蘭縣政府於今(15)日在宜蘭運動公園體育館舉辦「2025拚出宜蘭好薪情」就業博覽會，此次共55家徵才廠商參與，釋出1,186個工作職缺。代理縣長林茂盛表示，宜蘭縣好山好水，飯店及餐飲業發達，近年來宜蘭科學園區、龍德利澤工業區陸續有光電業、生技業等科技產業的建廠計畫，並開出多樣化職缺。本次就業博覽會參與人數約570人，初步就業媒合率為57.2%。
本次活動有宜蘭科學園區與多家在地深耕廠商邦特生物、宜鼎國際、日計工業、杏輝藥品、八貫企業、赫碩光電、神詠精密、東典光電等及多家知名飯店參與。其中，全家便利商店開出百名職缺，統一超商及摩斯漢堡亦開出多達60名職缺；各企業起薪平均超過新臺幣3萬元，最高可達6萬元。
勞工處表示：縣府在推動就業服務上採取全齡化思維，除持續推動銀髮人才服務據點，促進中高齡投入勞動市場；亦擴大提供各項就業獎勵措施：設籍本縣30歲以下待業青年，連續工作滿6個月補助1萬元、工作滿1年再補助1萬2,000元；為獎勵在職勞工取得技術士證照，設籍或居留(新住民)本縣1年以上，年滿18歲在職勞工，取得甲級技術士證照者可申領獎勵金10,000元，乙級可申領3,500元。
