Faculty Positions in Analytical Chemistry
Department of Chemistry, National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan
The Department of Chemistry at National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) invites
applications for several faculty positions in Analytical Chemistry, starting August 1,
2025. Positions are available at the ranks of assistant professor or above, depending on
experience and qualifications.
We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in the following research
areas:
- Analytical electrochemistry
- Chromatographic separation
- Microfluidic/nanofluidic devices
- Mass spectrometry
- Imaging methods or spectroscopic analysis
Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be expected to:
Teach EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) compulsory courses for undergraduate students, with a minimum teaching load of 9 credit hours per semester.
Actively engage in student mentorship.
Recruit both domestic and international students for the department.

Qualifications:
A Ph.D. in Chemistry or related fields is required.
At least one year of postdoctoral experience is preferred.
Candidates must be fluent in English and capable of delivering lectures in English.
