**北濱外環道養護單日執行完畢 不影響跨年車流**
花蓮市公所原定自本週起執行北濱外環道年度養護作業，由於考量跨年人潮車潮眾多，為避免道路封閉影響交通，花蓮市清潔隊今（30）日搶在跨年及元旦活動前完成清洗，並於下午五點起恢復北濱外環道正常通行。
公所受縣府委託管養北濱外環道，並獲交通部航港局補助經費，執行年度清洗與養護作業，要將一年來淤積的砂石、髒汙洗刷乾淨，同時進行全線標誌標線檢修，並包含隧道內消防及抽水機組設備檢修，但為避免道路封閉影響跨年車流，清潔隊人員將在今天盡速完成任務。
市長魏嘉彥今天上午前往關心清洗養護作業情形。他表示，清潔隊今天共派出20名人力，加緊完成北濱外環道的養護作業，感謝全體辛勞的清潔隊員，用心維護市容環境，道路封閉期間造成不便，魏市長也拜託市民朋友多加見諒。
魏嘉彥接著表示，農曆春節前家家戶戶都有除舊布新大掃除的習俗，市公所也會藉著這段期間，陸續進行各橋梁、道路、街頭裝置藝術等公共環境的高壓清洗工作，並執行北濱外環道暨中山路地下道年度養護工程，同時展開國家清潔周與大宗廢棄物清運工作，希望打造乾淨市容，陪伴民眾迎接新的一年。
除北濱外環道即日起執行養護作業外，中山路地下道也將在1月3日晚間十時起至4日清晨六時止進行清洗檢修，同時實施道路封閉，屆時兩端出入口將會管制，敬請用路人全力配合遵循現場人員指揮繞道通行。
