**年度養護工程 北濱外環道、中山地下道下週實施道路封閉**
花蓮市公所辦理「113年北濱外環道暨中山路地下道年度養護工程」，自12月30日上午八時起至1月3日下午五時止，北濱外環道將進行維護清洗，而中山路地下道也將在1月3日晚間十時起至4日清晨六時止實施道路封閉，進行清洗檢修，市長魏嘉彥提醒用路人留意管制訊息，並配合改道。
為維護市容，在新年前讓花蓮市道路環境更加潔淨，花蓮市清潔隊自12月起便陸續派員清洗各橋梁、道路、街頭裝置藝術等公共空間，並執行北濱外環道暨中山路地下道年度養護工程，將一年來淤積的砂石、髒汙洗刷乾淨，同時進行全線標誌標線檢修，以及隧道內消防及抽水機組設備檢修。
魏嘉彥市長表示，北濱外環道下週起將實施每年例行的清潔養護，敬請市民朋友們多加留意並見諒，封閉期間用路人請改由北濱街或海濱街通行。另外要特別注意的是，十五噸以上貨車在管制時段每天晚上八時起至隔天上午八時之前，禁止行駛於北濱街與海濱街，請大貨車駕駛注意，以免受罰。
此外，中山路地下道也將在1月3日晚間十時至4日清晨六時進行道路封閉，清潔隊將利用夜間車流量較少時段，搭配交通管制，完成中山路地下道的清洗作業，請用路人遵行現場人員指揮繞道通行，勿強行闖入，以利清洗作業進行。
