<p>主旨：公告委託驗證機構辦理電信終端設備及電信管制射頻器材審驗之審驗類別、驗證類別及驗證項目，自中華民國一百零九年七月一日生效。</p>
<p>依據：行政程序法第十六條第二項及電信管理法第八十七條第二項及第三項授權訂定之電信終端設備測試機構及驗證機構管理辦法第三條第二項、電信管制射頻器材測試機構及驗證機構管理辦法第三條第二項。</p>
<p>公告事項：</p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;">一、電信終端設備審驗之審驗類別、驗證類別及驗證項目：</p>
<p style="margin-left: 6em; text-indent: -2em;">(一)型式認證：</p>
<ol class="withNumber" style="margin-left: 6em;">
<li>公眾交換電話網路（PSTN）：</li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(１)具備電話機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(２)具備電話答錄機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(３)具備有線電話無線主副機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(４)具備傳真機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(５)具備數據機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(６)具備來話顯示功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(７)具備交換機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(８)具備按鍵電話系統功能。</p>

<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(２)1.6GHz及2.4GHz衛星通信行動地球電臺。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 6em; text-indent: -2em;">(二)符合性聲明：公眾交換電話網路（PSTN）：本會公告實施符合性聲明之PSTN功能項目。</p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;">二、電信管制射頻器材審驗之審驗類別、驗證類別及驗證項目： </p>
<p style="margin-left: 6em; text-indent: -2em;">(一)型式認證：</p>

<li>行動通信基地臺射頻設備：</li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(１)新無線電（NR）基地臺射頻設備（頻段FR1）。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(２)新無線電（NR）基地臺射頻設備（頻段FR2）。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(３)長期演進技術（LTE）基地臺射頻設備。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(４)寬頻分碼多工接取（WCDMA）基地臺射頻設備。</p>
<ol class="withNumber" start="2" style="margin-left: 6em;">
<li>業餘無線射頻電機。</li>
<li>微波設備：</li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(１)微波電臺射頻設備。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(２)區域多點式微波電臺射頻設備。</p>

<li>低功率射頻器材： </li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(１)工作頻率1GHz以下之低功率射頻器材，但無線資訊傳輸設備或採用跳頻或數位調變之器材除外。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(２)工作頻率超過1GHz之低功率射頻器材，但無線資訊傳輸設備或採用跳頻或數位調變之器材除外。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(３)無線資訊傳輸設備或採用跳頻或數位調變之低功率射頻器材。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 6em; text-indent: -2em;">(二)符合性聲明：低功率射頻器材：本會公告實施符合性聲明、簡易符合性聲明之低功率射頻器材項目。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 6em; text-indent: -2em;">(三)簡易符合性聲明：低功率射頻器材：本會公告實施簡易符合性聲明之低功率射頻器材項目。</p>
