<p><span style="font-size:medium;">主旨：公告無線寬頻接取業務特許執照競價日期、競價地點及競價作業應行注意事項。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">依據：無線寬頻接取業務管理規則第25條。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">公告事項：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">一、無線寬頻接取業務（以下簡稱本業務）競價作業訂於本（96）年7月26日（星期四）上午9時起，於本會濟南路辦公室7樓會議室（地址：臺北市中正區濟南路2段14號7樓）舉行。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">二、於本業務特許執照競價日期開始前，若有不可抗力因素或其他不宜進行競價程序之情事發生者，本會得宣布更改競價日期，並另行公告之。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">三、本業務之合格競價者名單，本會將於完成資格審查後，另行公告；合格競價者應依規定於競價日3日前，將委任名單(格式如附件)送交本會。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">四、參與本業務競價之各競價者及其授權代理人，應攜帶身分證明文件，經確認身分後，始得領取並佩帶本業務競價專用識別證進出競價室，並於當日競價程序結束離場時繳回。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">五、參與競價之各競價者及其授權代理人不得攜帶任何通信設備或與競價作業無關之器材進入競價室。其有攜帶者，應於進入競價室前依本會工作人員引導，放置指定地點，並於當日競價結束離場時發還。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">六、其他有關本業務競價作業應行注意事項，悉依本業務管理規則第2章第1、2、4節「釋照程序」、「競價規則及競價程序」、「競價作業」規定辦理。</span></p>
