<p><span style="font-size:medium;">主旨：公告中華電信股份有限公司98年度普及服務年度實施計畫，含不經濟地區電話服務、不經濟公用電話服務及不經濟地區數據通信接取普及服務。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">依據：電信法第20條第4項授權訂定之電信普及服務管理辦法第6條第4項及第13條規定。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">公告事項：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">一、中華電信股份有限公司98年度普及服務年度實施計畫內容，詳本會全球資訊網站(網址<a href="https://www.ncc.gov.tw/" target="_self" title="國家通訊傳播委員會全球資訊網站">https://www.ncc.gov.tw</a>)，「公告」選項下「一般公告」網頁。對於上開實施計畫有任何意見或建議者，請於公告之次日起7日內將書面資料及電子檔提送本會。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">二、依電信普及服務管理辦法第7條第2項規定，公告之實施計畫內容不包括年度普及服務淨成本之詳細計算資料。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">三、市內網路業務經營者得於本(97)年8月1日前提出較佳之98年度不經濟地區電話普及服務年度實施計畫，申請擔任不經濟地區電話服務之普及服務提供者。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">四、既有經營者外之其他第一類電信事業得於本(97)年8月1日前提出較佳之98年度不經濟地區數據通信接取普及服務年度實施計畫，申請擔任不經濟地區數據通信接取普及服務提供者。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">五、本會業於本(97)年6月2日通傳營字第09741036030號公告指定中華電信股份有限公司於台北縣、桃園縣、宜蘭縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、花蓮縣、嘉義縣、屏東縣、高雄縣及台東縣等境內42個部落（鄰）提供不經濟地區數據通信接取普及服務。該公司應另依電信法及電信普及服務管理辦法相關規定，於該指定公告次日起1個月內，修正並提報98年度不經濟地區數據通信接取普及服務實施計畫及擬要求補助金額，本會屆時將再就修正之98年度實施計畫，另為補充公告並請有任何意見或建議者，提供意見。</span></p>
