<p><span style="font-size:medium;">主旨：預告廢止「有線廣播電視事業發展基金管理辦法」。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">依據：行政程序法第151條第2項準用第154條第1項。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">公告事項：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">一、廢止機關：國家通訊傳播委員會。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">二、廢止依據：中央法規標準法第21條第3款。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">三、為簡併監理之法規命令，現行「有線廣播電視事業發展基金管理辦法」（如附件）規定，將移列於預定中華民國九十九年一月一日修正發布施行之「有線廣播電視事業發展基金收支運用及管理辦法」予以規範，致原法規已無單獨施行之必要，爰併定於中華民國九十九年一月一日止。本廢止案預告公告，另載於本會全球資訊網站（網址：<a href="https://www.ncc.gov.tw" target="_self" title="國家通訊傳播委員會全球資訊網站">https://www.ncc.gov.tw</a>），「公告」選項下「法規草案預告」網頁。</span></p>
