<p><span style="font-size:medium;">主旨：補充公告中華電信股份有限公司98年度普及服務年度實施計畫，含不經濟地區電話服務、不經濟公用電話服務及不經濟地區數據通信接取普及服務。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">依據：電信法第20條第4項授權訂定電信普及服務管理辦法第13條準用第6條、第7條、第17條規定及本會97年11月27日通傳營字第09741073410號公告。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">公告事項：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">一、本會前於97年11月27日通傳營字第09741073410號公告98年度電信普及服務提供者、實施計畫及相關事項在案。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">二、中華電信股份有限公司因本(98)年8月莫拉克颱風襲台，依電信普及服務管理辦法第17條第2項之規定提報修正98年度普及服務實施計畫及擬要求補助金額，爰本會就旨揭計畫另為補充公告。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">三、中華電信股份有限公司98年度普及服務年度實施計畫內容，詳本會全球資訊網站(網址<a href="https://www.ncc.gov.tw/" target="self" title="國家通訊傳播委員會全球資訊網站">https://www.ncc.gov.tw</a>)，「公告訊息」選項下「一般公告」網頁。對於上開實施計畫有任何意見或建議者，請於公告之次日起7日內將書面資料及電子檔提送本會。</span></p>
