<p><span style="font-size:medium;">主旨：公告台灣固網股份有限公司100年度不經濟地區數據通信接取普及服務實施計畫。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">依據：電信法第20條第4項授權訂定電信普及服務管理辦法第13條第1項準用第6條第4項規定。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">公告事項：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">一、台灣固網股份有限公司100年度不經濟地區數據通信接取普及服務實施計畫內容，詳本會全球資訊網站(網址: <a href="https://www.ncc.gov.tw" target="_self" title="國家通訊傳播委員會全球資訊網站">https://www.ncc.gov.tw</a>)，「民眾服務」/「公告訊息」選項下之「一般公告」網頁。對於上開實施計畫有任何意見或建議者，請於公告之次日起7日內將書面資料及電子檔提送本會。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">二、依電信普及服務管理辦法第7條第2項規定，公告之實施計畫內容不包括年度普及服務淨成本之詳細計算資料。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">三、市內網路業務經營者得於本(99)年8月1日前提出較佳之100年度不經濟地區電話普及服務實施計畫，申請擔任不經濟地區電話服務之普及服務提供者。</span></p>
