<p><span style="font-size:medium;">主旨： 公告自即日起受理101年度有線廣播電視系統經營者「促進有線廣播電視普及發展」補助計畫申請。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">依據： 促進有線廣播電視普及發展補助執行要點（以下簡稱「本要點」）第6點。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">公告事項：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">一、申請補助建置費之區域範圍及條件：依「本要點」第2點規定申請補助有線廣播電視普及服務建置費，須符合下 列條件：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(一)以經國家通訊傳播委員會（以下簡稱本會）指定之有線廣播電視服務因故暫未到達區域（村里、部落、鄰），且該區域其他有線廣播電視系統經營者（以下簡稱系統經營者）未提供有線廣播電視服務為限。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(二)前款系統經營者認經營區內之偏遠地區或離島地區，有列入申請補助有線廣播電視普及服務範圍之理由者，亦得檢具相關資料並敘明理由，報請本會審核。經審核認定者，適用前款規定。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(三)或有列入申請補助有線廣播電視普及服務範圍之理由者，係參酌本會96年8月30日通傳營字第09605130550號函（如附件1）示辦理。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">二、申請期限與遞件方式：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(一)申請期限自公告日起至101年4月30日止。向本會申請並副知當地直轄市、縣（市）政府，逾期申請者，不予受理。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(二)付郵遞送者以郵戳為憑，檢附相關申請文件1式2份（格式如附件2至5），掛號郵寄至本會（地址：10052臺北市仁愛路1段50號）。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(三)郵件上應註明「申請促進有線廣播電視普及發展補助計畫案」。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">三、經費來源：有線廣播電視事業發展基金。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">四、補助項目：每一補助案之補助項目以下列各款所列之建置費為限，補助金額以新臺幣600萬元為上限（補助比率最高不得超過49%），受補助計畫之總工程款及補助金額，由本會核定，補助項目如下：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(一)幹線光纖網路相關物料設備。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(二)微波系統相關物料設備。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(三)衛星副頭端機房相關設備。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">五、其他注意事項：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(一)為提高本基金補助之實益，獲補助者對於補助之建置範圍內沿線居民應提供有線電視優惠服務方案。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(二)地區設籍戶數未達每平方公里60戶，且住戶散置者，列為優先補助。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(三)補助計畫書檢附之系統架構及施工線路圖應具體明確區分「已建置網路」及「預定施工線路」鋪設長度。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(四)檢附之補助計畫書工程物料成本分析表之總工程款及各項建置物料設備費及施工費等成本估價分析應具確實性，明確區分幹線光纖網路、微波系統或衛星副頭端網路及用戶端同軸電纜網路相關物料設備成本，並填報補助計畫書工程物料成本分析表「器材名稱、廠牌、型號」欄及「申報資料」欄之各項器材單價(元)、計價單位、數量、施工單價等相關資料。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(五)如幹線光纖網路相連者，應提報同一建設補助案。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(六)檢附申請補助計畫服務區域內無線電視收視狀況及民眾對有線廣播電視之收視需求報告。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(七)以上各項申請文件，請另附具電子檔之唯讀光碟7份。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">六、應檢具文件如有欠缺，經通知限期15日內補正，屆期不補正或補正不全者，該申請不予受理。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">七、本公告未盡事項，依本會98年10月29日通傳營字第09841071590號令修正發布之本要點相關規定辦理。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">八、檢附行政契約草案及空白收據(如附件6、7)，請參考。</span></p>
