<p><span style="font-size:medium;">主旨：公告自即日起受理104年度有線廣播電視系統經營者「促進有線廣播電視普及發展-數位百分百達陣」補助申請。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">依據：促進有線廣播電視普及發展補助執行要點（以下簡稱「本要點」）第5點第1項第4款、第6點第4項。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:medium;">公告事項：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">一、申請補助條件：有線廣播電視系統經營者於所屬經營區自104年1月1日起至104年12月31日止，數位化用戶普及率達到100%並停止播送類比信號。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">二、補助類別：促進數位普及發展建置費。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">三、經費來源及補助金額：有線廣播電視事業發展基金項下編列預算，受補助計畫之總工程款由本會核定，其補助金額依下列規定：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(一)訂戶數2萬戶以上、未達5萬戶者：新臺幣300萬元；</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(二)訂戶數5萬戶以上、未達10萬戶者：新臺幣500萬元；</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(三)訂戶數10萬戶以上者：新臺幣600萬元。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">四、申請人得自本公告生效日起向本會提出申請：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(一)申請期限：自公告日起至104年8月3日止，並副知當地直轄市、縣(市)政府，逾期申請者，不予受理。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(二)申請方式：補助建置計畫案應於104年8月3日下午17時30分前郵遞（以郵戳為憑）或送本會（以本會收文單位所載日期為準，地址：10052臺北市仁愛路1段50號），信封上註明申請補助類別。檢附之申請文件如下：</span></p>
<ol class="withNumber" style="margin-left: 4em;">
<li><span style="font-size:medium;">促進有線廣播電視數位普及發展申請書。</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:medium;">建置補助計畫書。</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:medium;">補助計畫工程經費預算表。</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:medium;">檢附資料，請另附電子檔之光碟8份。</span></li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(三)申請檢附之資料，不論獲補助與否，概不退還。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">五、注意事項：</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(一)補助計畫書檢附之系統架構及施工圖應具體明確區分「已建置網路、設備」及「預定建置網路、設備」。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(二)檢附之收視戶名單，資料蒐集請依個人資料保護法相關規定辦理。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(三)應檢具文件如有欠缺，經通知限期15日內補正，屆期不補正或補正不全者，該申請不予受理。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(四)本公告未盡事項，依本會101年10月15日通傳傳播字第10162008350號令修正發布之本要點相關規定辦理。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(五)檢附行政契約範本及空白領款收據供參考。</span></p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;"><span style="font-size:medium;">(六)同一計畫，分別向2個以上機關提出申請補助者，應出具列明全部經費內容、向各機關申請補助之項目及金額。各申請計畫已獲得政府機關補助之項目，本會不予重複補助；若於核定後查知該計畫有重複補助之項目，本會將取消補助並限期追回補助款。</span></p>
