<p>主旨：公告本會委託「晶復科技股份有限公司」辦理電信終端設備、電信管制射頻器材審驗業務，有效期限自中華民國一百零九年十二月十四日至一百一十年七月一日止。</p>
<p>依據：</p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;">一、行政程序法第十六條第二項。 </p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;">二、電信管理法第八十七條第一項。</p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;">三、電信管理法第八十七條第二項及第三項規定授權訂定之電信終端設備測試機構及驗證機構管理辦法第三條第三項、電信管制射頻器材測試機構及驗證機構管理辦法第三條第三項。</p>
<p>公告事項：旨揭業務之受託驗證機構名稱、所在地、執行業務內容及項目如下：</p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;">一、受託驗證機構名稱：晶復科技股份有限公司。</p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;">二、驗證機構地址：33465 桃園市八德區長安街140-1號。</p>
<p style="margin-left:4em;text-indent:-2em;">三、執行業務內容：</p>
<p style="margin-left: 6em; text-indent: -2em;">(一)依電信終端設備審驗管理辦法之相關規定辦理販賣用電信終端設備或非隨插即用限制性通信模組之審驗、審驗證明之核發、補發、換發、註銷、撤銷、廢止、審驗合格標籤或符合性聲明標籤之授權登錄及審驗相關資料保密設定等事項。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 6em; text-indent: -2em;">(二)依電信管制射頻器材審驗管理辦法之相關規定辦理販賣用電信管制射頻器材或非隨插即用射頻模組(組件）之審驗（不含逐部審驗）、審驗證明之核發、補發、換發、註銷、撤銷、廢止、完全最終產品登錄、審驗合格標籤或符合性聲明標籤之授權登錄及審驗相關資料保密設定之授權等事項。</p>

<p style="margin-left: 6em; text-indent: -2em;">(一)電信終端設備：審驗類別：</p>

<li>型式認證；驗證類別：</li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(１)公眾交換電話網路（PSTN）；驗證項目：</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">甲、具備電話機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">乙、具備電話答錄機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">丙、具備傳真機功能。 </p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">丁、具備來話顯示功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">戊、具備交換機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">己、具備按鍵電話系統功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(２)數據設備；驗證項目：非對稱數位用戶迴路電信終端設備及分岐器。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(３)公眾陸地行動網路(PLMN)；驗證項目： </p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">甲、新無線電（NR）終端設備（頻段FR1）。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">乙、新無線電（NR）終端設備（頻段FR2）。 </p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">丙、窄頻終端設備。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">丁、長期演進技術（LTE）終端設備。 </p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">戊、寬頻分碼多工接取分頻雙工（WCDMA FDD）終端設備。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12em; text-indent: -2em;">已、全球行動通訊系統（GSM）900 終端設備。</p>

<li>符合性聲明；驗證類別：公眾交換電話網路（PSTN）；驗證項目：本會公告實施符合性聲明之PSTN功能項目。</li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-left: 6em; text-indent: -2em;">(二)電信管制射頻器材：審驗類別：</p>
<ol class="withNumber" style="margin-left: 6em;">
<li>型式認證；驗證類別：低功率射頻器材；驗證項目： </li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(１)工作頻率1GHz以下之低功率射頻器材，但無線資訊傳輸設備或採用跳頻或數位調變之器材除外。 </p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(２)工作頻率超過1GHz之低功率射頻器材，但無線資訊傳輸設備或採用跳頻或數位調變之器材除外。 </p>
<p style="margin-left: 10em; text-indent: -2em;">(３)無線資訊傳輸設備或採用跳頻或數位調變之低功率射頻器材。</p>

<li>符合性聲明；驗證類別：低功率射頻器材；驗證項目：本會公告實施符合性聲明、簡易符合性聲明之低功率射頻器材項目。 </li>
