<p>主旨：公告「電信終端設備符合性聲明實施之項目」，並自中華民國一百一十年一月十一日起生效。</p>
<p>依據：電信管理法第四十四條第三項授權訂定之電信終端設備審驗管理辦法第五條第三項規定。</p>
<p>公告事項：下列電信終端設備得申請符合性聲明：</p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;">一、具備電話機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;">二、具備電話答錄機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;">三、具備有線電話無線主副機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;">四、具備傳真機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;">五、具備數據機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;">六、具備來話顯示功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;">七、具備交換機功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;">八、具備按鍵電話系統功能。</p>
<p style="margin-left: 2em; text-indent: -2em;">九、具備助聽功能。</p>
