國內上市(櫃)公司111年度海外及大陸投資情形

<div class="main-a_03">金融監督管理委員會表示，依據證交所及櫃買中心彙總統計國內上市(櫃)公司111年度大陸投資及海外投資情形如下： <br />
一、 大陸投資<br />
(一) 家數：截至111年底止，上市公司686家，上櫃公司524家，合計1,210家赴大陸投資，占全體上市(櫃)公司總家數1,682家之71.94%，較110年底淨增加2家。<br />
(二) 累計投資金額：截至111年底止，上市公司累計投資新臺幣（以下同）2兆4,486億元，上櫃公司2,546億元，合計2兆7,032億元，較110年底增加1,744億元，主要係基於營運策略考量併購取得大陸子公司，或因應子公司業務拓展、建廠資金需求，故增加大陸投資金額。上市、上櫃公司分別以電腦及週邊設備業、電子零組件業投資金額較大。<br />
(三) 投資損益：111年度投資損益，上市公司利益4,279億元，上櫃公司利益262億元，合計利益4,541億元，整體較110年度減少982億元，惟與歷年相較，獲利金額為次高。上市及上櫃公司本期投資利益分別較去年減少960億元及22億元，主係塑膠工業、電腦及週邊設備業、水泥工業，受市場需求下滑及原物料價格上漲影響所致。<br />
(四) 投資收益累計匯回金額：111年度投資收益匯回金額1,144億元，截至111年底止，上市、上櫃公司投資收益累計匯回金額分別為6,435億元及605億元，合計7,040億元，占累積原始投資金額2兆7,032億元之26.04%。111年度投資收益匯回主要係配合集團資金規劃策略，將盈餘、出售股權收益匯回所致。上市、上櫃公司皆以電子零組件業匯回金額較大。<br />

二、海外投資（不含大陸地區）<br />
(一) 家數：截至111年底止，上市公司727家，上櫃公司562家，合計1,289家赴海外投資，占全體上市(櫃)公司總家數1,682家之76.63%，較110年底淨增加8家。<br />
(二) 累計投資金額：截至111年底止，上市公司累計投資7兆739億元，上櫃公司7,768億元，合計7兆8,507億元，較110年底增加6,981億元，主要係併購取得海外子公司，或海外子公司營運資金需求、參與現金增資，故增加海外投資金額。上市、上櫃公司皆以半導體業投資金額較大。<br />
(三) 投資損益：111年度投資損益，上市公司利益1兆823億元，上櫃公司利益494億元，合計利益1兆1,317億元，整體較110年度減少1,375億元，惟與歷年相較，獲利金額為次高。上市及上櫃公司本期投資利益分別較去年減少1,334億元及41億元，主係電腦及週邊設備業、塑膠工業、水泥工業，受市場需求下滑及原物料價格上漲影響所致。<br />
