<div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-right: 0cm"><span style="font-size: small">主旨：朝陽人壽保險股份有限公司自105年1月26日下午5時30分起予以接管處</span><span style="font-size: small">分，並委託財團法人保險安定基金為接管人。</span></div><div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-right: 0cm"><span style="font-size: small">依據：保險法第149條第3項第1款、第5項、第149條之1及第149條之3第1項規</span><span style="font-size: small">定。</span></div><div style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-right: 0cm"><span style="font-size: small">公告事項：</span></div><div style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-align: justify; text-indent: -32.2pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 49pt"><span style="font-size: small">一、<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </span>朝陽人壽保險股份有限公司資本適足率等級為嚴重不足，且未依本會規定期限完成增資、財務或業務改善計畫，爰依保險法第149條第3項第1款及第5項規定，予以接管處分並委託財團法人保險安定基金為接管人，依據保險法相關規定行使接管人之職權並辦理相關接管工作。</span></div><div style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-align: justify; text-indent: -32.2pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 49pt"><span style="font-size: small">二、<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </span>朝陽人壽保險股份有限公司應將其經營權及財產之管理處分權移交予接管人，原有股東會、董事會、董事、監察人、審計委員會或類似機構之職權即行停止，相關職權由接管人行使之。</span></div><div style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-align: justify; text-indent: -32.2pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 49pt"><span style="font-size: small">三、<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </span>接管期限以2年為原則，必要時由本會依保險法第149條之3第1項規定調整之。</span></div><p> </p>
