一、無公務人員任用法第26條、第28條及臺灣地區及大陸地區人民關係條例第21條第1項不得任用 之情事之一者。
二、高中職以上學校畢業。
三、熟諳電腦文書作業系統操作能力，具公務單位約聘僱服務經歷者尤佳。
