<table class="css_Table_Line26" style="max-width: 650px; width: 650px; line-height: 26px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: FKI符號, "Times New Roman", 標楷體; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 0.8px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><tbody><tr><td class="css_Title_P2" style="word-break: break-all; width: 80px; vertical-align: text-top; text-align: right;"><font class="Content_F16pt" style="font-family: 標楷體, 新細明體; font-size: 16pt; word-break: break-all; overflow-wrap: break-word;">三、</font></td><td style="word-break: break-all;"><font class="Content_F16pt" style="font-family: 標楷體, 新細明體; font-size: 16pt; word-break: break-all; overflow-wrap: break-word;">鑒於農業部訂定本縣112年度生產目標，預計年產雞蛋34億3,208萬枚，而目前本縣112年度生產量已達43億2,646萬枚，並且近期雞蛋已有生產過剩而蛋價下跌之情事發生，雖產業能透過強迫換羽、淘汰老母雞或二春雞等方式，以期短時間內減少生產數量，始維持供銷平衡，惟非長久之計，嗣本府於113年3月15日假社團法人彰化縣養雞協會召開「本縣暫停受理新設置蛋雞畜牧場登記研商會議」，會中邀集本縣養雞協會及各區蛋雞聯誼會會長，已獲取產業共識，決議公告延長暫停受理新設置蛋雞畜牧場登記（容許）1年，並就為引導蛋雞產業轉型升級而放寬限制對象，維持112年公告條件，包括：</font></td></tr></tbody></table>

<table class="css_Table_Line26" style="max-width: 650px; width: 650px; line-height: 26px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: FKI符號, "Times New Roman", 標楷體; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 0.8px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><tbody><tr><td class="css_Title_P3" style="word-break: break-all; width: 110px; vertical-align: text-top; text-align: right;"><font class="Content_F16pt" style="font-family: 標楷體, 新細明體; font-size: 16pt; word-break: break-all; overflow-wrap: break-word;">(二)</font></td><td style="word-break: break-all;"><font class="Content_F16pt" style="font-family: 標楷體, 新細明體; font-size: 16pt; word-break: break-all; overflow-wrap: break-word;">已領有畜牧場登記證書之舊場蛋雞場，舊有雞舍得申請全部改建、增建為水濂密閉式並增加飼養規模。前述舊場蛋雞場之雞舍如為水濂密閉式或已設置太陽能或採友善人道飼養者，得申請雞舍增建、擴建為水濂密閉式並得增加飼養規模。其中已設置太陽能部分以110年1月1日前已設置為限，且需檢具台電躉購合約或屋頂出租合約及切結書，採友善人道飼養者以110年1月1日前已取得中央畜產會或台灣農業標準學會友善人道驗證為限， 並需檢具驗證證書或文件。</font></td></tr></tbody></table>
